Hi all - I just wanted to let you know about a lady called Bev who makes fantastic Unique Aprons, Retro Pinnies and homewares
I saw her amazing range first hand at a summer fair and lost her card!! - it has taken me ages to track her down as I am desperate to own one of her aprons as the quality is fantastic and there are some really quirky slogans on some of the range ;o)
Below is the link ...to her Facebook page and her website is
www.mrsmaddenmakes.co.uk

I am especially loving the 'do my buns look big in this' apron ;o)
Lou xx

National Baking Week 2011

It's here at last! National Baking week 2011.And what better excuse do we have but to get into our kitchens and bake some goodies. To learn more about it take a look at their site.
Well if you are going to look the part, then you need a cheerful apron too. This one pictured here - "Do my buns look big in this?" pink apron -  is really fun to wear and always gets a few comments and a lot of smiles! Buy this and 5% of the selling price goes to the Calender Girls Charity for Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research.
So for some wonderful bun recipes to match your apron, then take a look at these.
Let me know what you bake and send in some photos too..it's good to share some fab recipes...perhaps you may even have one that has been handed down from your Gran??
Keep Baking!!!
